Lindsey Birtwhistle Project Officer
Lindsey is our Project Co-ordinator and has the great job of meeting all our lovely participants and co-ordinating our events. Lindsey has a strong background in education project management, and has also been a business studies teacher in the secondary and further education sector for many years, both in the UK and New Zealand. Having run a number of small businesses herself, she clearly understand the challenges and rewards associated with running your own business. She is delighted to be part of the Inspiring Enterprise Winchester team, and is really looking forward to helping all our participant strive to achieve their dreams.
Steven Northam Mentor & Investor
Steve splits his time between his role as Senior Lecturer in Business Management at the University of Winchester and as mentor/investor with his company SN Technologies Limited, operating a wide range of business across a diverse range of sectors. Specialties include business start-up, social media and web marketing and idea development. Steve also owns IncuHive, the business incubation space where Inspiring Enterprise sessions are held.
Megan Saunders Maternity Cover Project Manager
Megan Saunders recently joined the Inspiring Enterprise Winchester team, covering for Lindsey’s maternity leave as Project Officer. Her role is to meet the participants, and co-ordinate events. Megan joins us from Portsmouth, where she has previously established community volunteering projects, coordinated an EU-funded INTERREG project focussed on supporting sustainable economic development in the local food sector, and initiated food partnership project Food Portsmouth. Megan is very excited to get stuck in to supporting students and graduates explore their enterprise ideas.
